Todd Renz

Company co-founder and President of the Construction Division, Mr. Renz has over twenty years' experience in commercial construction, having managed and successfully completed over 300 new construction and renovation projects throughout the Northeast. Mr. Renz directs all construction projects for a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, prestigious hospitals, cutting edge bio-technology firms, educational institutions and major corporate accounts. Additionally, he is responsible for negotiating multi-million dollar contracts for new construction and renovation projects including turnkey building projects, build to suit projects and leaseback facilities.

Mr. Renz's philosophy of forging a partnership with each and every client has greatly contributed to the firm's success and has resulted in a dedicated and caring staff whose ideal is to provide high quality services while building a long lasting relationship based on trust.

A LEED accredited professional, certified in the "Green' environmentally sensitive approach to construction, Mr. Renz graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems.
