Jay Morris

Mr. Morris is the Managing Partner of O,R&L's Hartford County Commercial Real Estate office. Mr. Morris's expertise includes medical office leasing and development, industrial and commercial building sales & leasing, negotiating lease and sales contracts, investment sales, feasibility studies, opinions of value and tenant and landlord representation.

In 1997 Mr. Morris became a Partner with O,R&L and pioneered the Rocky Hill office to expand O,R&L's services to Hartford, Tolland and Middlesex Counties. His leadership has resulted in the steady and expansive growth of the Hartford office. To date, Mr. Morris has consummated more than $500 million in sales and lease transactions throughout Connecticut.

Prior to joining O,R&L, Mr. Morris had 15 years experience as a top commercial real estate agent in the greater Hartford market. Mr. Morris is a graduate of the University of Connecticut Real Estate Program and is currently pursuing his designation to become a "CCIM".
