	Department of Children and Family Services Middletown, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: $1.3 Completion Date: 7/15/2009 O,R&L Construction completed the fit-out for Oaks, LLC. 15,000 sq ft of office space for the CT - Department of Children and Family Services. This project tracked the total amount of construction debris generated and the amount of materials recycled, reclaimed or otherwise diverted from landfills. Out of 140.8 tons generated on this project, 98.1 tons were recycled/reclaimed. This equates to 70% debris diversion from the waste stream. Indoor air quality was improved for this project by using low VOC products.

	Zaragon Branford, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 3/30/2007 O,R&L renovated a 5,000 square foot tenant fit-out for Tiffany Associates. The existing warehouse was subdivided into three offices, a conference room, restrooms, a kitchen and open space.

Exterior view of dealership	Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Branford, CT Project Type: Design Build Designers: BL Companies Contract Amount: 4M Completion Date: 6/30/2004 Design/Build project of 25,000 square foot corporate headquarters and auto dealership for Branhaven Chrysler Jeep. Included in the design were 18 service bays, a specialized sub-grade exhaust evacuation system, auto doors, inground specialty lift equipment, a 3,000 square foot parts department, a retail speed shop and auto showroom. 	Winstanley Property - Tenant Fit-Outs Bristol, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: 1.75M Completion Date: 3/1/2003 Renovation of 40,000 square feet of corporate tenant space for Winstanley Enterprises at 383 Middle Street. Included in the renovation was the demolition and office fit-out for ESPN, Superior Electric, Select Energy and Worldfulfillment, Inc.
Aerial View of corporate campus	Williams Distributing Chicopee, MA Project Type: Design Build Designers: S/L/A/M Collaborative - Architect, BVH Engineering Contract Amount: 5M Completion Date: 6/1/2001 New construction of a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution facility for Williams Distributing. The pre-engineered structure, a clear span, no-column design included 26 loading docks, 10,000 square feet of corporate office space and specialized draft coolers for storage of the company’s non-pasteurized product. The exterior building was sheathed with precast insulated Rockwall IPS panels supplied by IPS/Metallic Building Company. The building site was located on a 30 acre undeveloped parcel requiring complete excavation, multiple access roads and parking for truck fleets and other vehicles. Engyro provides critical business licensing and service information to corporate clients via web-based applications.

President of Suresource, Todd Holson, wrote in a follow-up letter shortly after the move-in; “The building continues to serve us quite well and has been problem free. 20,000 sq ft design-build new office facility	Precision Computer Services (PCS) Shelton, CT Project Type: Design Build Designers: Matt Williams, Architect Completion Date: 7/30/1999 New construction of a 20,000 square foot corporate facility for Precision Computer Services (PCS). The project included corporate offices and a high tech service and support center. O,R&L completed an interior fit-out at the facility for use as a Disaster Recovery Room for protection of client data. This project was a state-of-the-art, climate controlled, clean environment space.
60,000 sq ft interior and exterior renovation	14-16 Progress Drive Shelton, CT Project Type: General Contractor Designers: Matt Williams, Architect Contract Amount: 2.5M Completion Date: 1/1/1999 Anton Bauer and Panolam, Inc. required a fit-out of their leased space for use in their research and development operations. Renovation included extensive exterior work including a new roofing system, installation of new windows, structural reinforcement and re-pointing of all brick exteriors. Interior fit-out included layouts for research laboratories and corporate office space, new mechanical, electrical and exhaust systems.

88,000 sq ft interior/exterior building renovation	Nortel/Healthsouth Home Health/Phoenix Life - 1290 Silas Deane Highway Wethersfield, CT Project Type: General Contractor Designers: Matt Williams, Architect Contract Amount: 7M Completion Date: 4/1/1998 O,R&L Construction completed an extensive rehabilitation to 1290 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, CT. The rehab encompassed over 88,000 square feet of interior and exterior renovation and included tenant fit-outs for Nortel, Healthsouth Home Health and Phoenix Life. Included in the rehab was extensive exterior facade work, interior electrical and mechanical upgrades, installation of a new curtain wall system and extensive interior structural changes.
	One Forest Parkway Shelton, CT Project Type: General Contractor Completion Date: 4/1/1998 Late in 1997, O,R&L Construction began exterior and interior structural renovation of this partially constructed building at One Forest Parkway in Shelton, Connecticut. This 80,000 sq ft steel-up construction project was then fit-out for the home of several corporate offices including Dun & Bradstreet, Market Data Retrieval and Allstate Insurance. O,R&L has continued their relationship with the owner of One Forest Parkway and completed additional fit-out projects in this building. Recently completing a whole building renovation for Dianon, a division of LabCorp. This building was converted to high-tech lab and office space entirely for Dianon.
