Completed building	Kellogg Marine Supply Old Lyme, CT Project Type: Design Build Designers: Matthew Williams, Architect Contract Amount: 5.5M Completion Date: 3/1/2002 Design/Build construction of a 92,000 square foot state-of-the-art corporate distribution facility for Kellogg Marine Supply, the largest marine supply distributor in the northeastern USA. Designed as a clear-span building, (the first ever constructed in the northeastern USA by Metallic Corporation), elements included a 2000 square foot mezzanine, 42' eaves, 21 loading bays, specialized tight tolerance concrete floors and a custom Johnson air rotation system.
