Contract Amount: 2M Completion Date: 8/30/2008 O,R&L Construction was the Design Builder for the new location of Zane's 12,000 sq ft multi-tenant retail space. The eco-conscious building incorporates PV solar panels, a windwheel, high performance insulations and mechanical systems. Dedication ceremony of the new Holy Land cross	Holy Land Cross Waterbury, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Engineer - George Urba P.E. Completion Date: 6/15/2008 O,R&L Construction replaced the 50 foot tall cross located on Pine Hill in Waterbury for the Religious Teachers Filippini. The old cross was taken down after years of weathering and replaced with a durable energy-efficient cross. The new cross is constructed of galvanized structural steel tubing with steel framing angles to support the exterior metal skin cladding. The initial 20’ is clad with a galvanized metal plate to resist tampering and the upper illuminated section is of stainless steel cladding for weatherability. The cross has always been a prominent landmark in Waterbury and will continue to be illuminated by focused beams of light to the structure.
Interior view of bar area	Sol Toro Tequila Grill Uncasville, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Architect - The Johnson Studio, Engineer - Kohler Ronan, LLC Contract Amount: 1.4M Completion Date: 9/30/2007 In 2007, O,R&L Construction completed an interior renovation of a 7,045 square foot themed restaurant at Mohegan Sun. Mohegan Sun has an indoor 7-story waterfall, the world's largest and most spectacular planetarium dome and the awe-inspiring Wombi Rock, a glowing crystal mountain made of imported stone that serves as the focal point of the Casino of the Sky. Early construction stage	Hamden Plaza Hamden, CT Project Type: General Contractor Designers: BL Companies Contract Amount: 1M Completion Date: 9/30/2005 New construction of a 20,000 square foot retail space (from the ground up) addition to the existing retail complex at Hamden Plaza. Construction required a new foundation with masonry backup, glass storefront assemblies and 12,000 amp electrical services. O,R&L construction conducted over two acres of site improvements with new parking, sidewalks, site lighting and plantings.
	Saybrook Landing Old Saybrook, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Point One Architects Contract Amount: 1.3M Completion Date: 8/30/2004 O,R&L Construction revised the former Hoyts Theatre in Old Saybrook. The 1930’s era brick building was retro-fitted to include three storefronts and 2nd floor office suites. Links: http://pointonearchitects.com
	Hunters Crossing Middletown, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 8/30/2004 Complex structural renovation of an existing building in a condominium complex. An occupied building was sinking and to remediate this situation O,R&L had to drive piles (tremi-pour), install grade beams, and work underneath a three story building with machinery to underpin the entire structure. After the foundation was re-built, O,R&L reframed the building and renovated the apartments.
	Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Stonington, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 2/15/2004 50,000 square foot carpet replacement in Grand Pequot Room at Foxwoods Casino
November 1998	Shelton Sports Center Shelton, CT Project Type: General Contractor Designers: Sear Brown Group Contract Amount: 2.5M Completion Date: 12/1/1998 National family golf center franchise. Site work on 8 acres of riverfront property. Work included an enclosed driving range, miniature golf, training center and pro shop.
	April Cornell - Westfarms Mall Hartford, CT Project Type: General Contractor Completion Date: 8/1/1997 2,500 square foot high-end tenant fit-out.
	Hartford Business Center Hartford, CT Project Type: General Contractor Completion Date: 4/1/1996 A 100,000 square foot historic renovation of the Tower Business Center with a fit-out for the Connecticut Department of Labor’s Job Works offices.
