This service includes the complete coordination of the building project from planning through final occupancy. All subcontractors work under the project manager who acts in the best interests of the owner regarding quality, schedule and budget. 	Branford Self Storage Branford, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 4/1/2011 O,R&L Construction is the construction manager for Branford Self Storage. The plan for this project consists of four buildings, which will be constructed in a phased schedule. Three single level storage buildings and a three story unit that will be incorporated into the graded hillside. The first phase is planned for completion in November.
	Soundview Family YMCA - New Facility Branford, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Arbonies King Vlock - architect, Robert Criscuolo - Engineer Contract Amount: 7.5M Completion Date: 6/15/2010 O,R&L Construction is the construction manager for the new Soundview Family YMCA project. The 31,000 SF completed recreational facility will offer indoor pools, a fitness center, raquetball courts, a teen center, certified professional childcare, summer programs and 14 acres of woods for outdoor nature camps and environmental educational programs. Successful preconstruction services have included site analysis, cost estimating, budget definition, scheduling, environmental studies, green building investigation and alternate energy options. 	Recol Disaster Recovery Data Center Branford, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Landmark Architecture Completion Date: 3/15/2010 O,R&L Construction is working on a 15,000 SF interior fit-out for a disaster recovery center/data center. This project includes highly specialized mechanical and electrical installations including back-up generation and UPS. 	Department of Children and Family Services Middletown, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: $1.3 Completion Date: 7/15/2009 O,R&L Construction completed the fit-out for Oaks, LLC. 15,000 sq ft of office space for the CT - Department of Children and Family Services. This project tracked the total amount of construction debris generated and the amount of materials recycled, reclaimed or otherwise diverted from landfills. Out of 140.8 tons generated on this project, 98.1 tons were recycled/reclaimed. This equates to 70% debris diversion from the waste stream. Indoor air quality was improved for this project by using low VOC products.
	Hannah Gray Home - Renovation New Haven, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Marc A. GE jenbacher unit	Cogeneration Facility with EPS North Haven, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 2/28/2009 O,R&L Construction was the Construction Manager for a Cogeneration project with EPS corp. The project completed was a North Haven Corporation's five megawatt cogeneration plant, which provides supplemental energy to the existing manufacturing facility. This was a two phase project, the first included a three megawatt cogeneration facility for the PDBMF building and the second phase included the renovation and construction of a two megawatt facility for the Main building. Dedication ceremony of the new Holy Land cross	Holy Land Cross Waterbury, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Engineer - George Urba P.E. Completion Date: 6/15/2008 O,R&L Construction replaced the 50 foot tall cross located on Pine Hill in Waterbury for the Religious Teachers Filippini. The old cross was taken down after years of weathering and replaced with a durable energy-efficient cross. The new cross is constructed of galvanized structural steel tubing with steel framing angles to support the exterior metal skin cladding. The initial 20’ is clad with a galvanized metal plate to resist tampering and the upper illuminated section is of stainless steel cladding for weatherability. The cross has always been a prominent landmark in Waterbury and will continue to be illuminated by focused beams of light to the structure.

Mohegan Sun has an indoor 7-story waterfall, the world's largest and most spectacular planetarium dome and the awe-inspiring Wombi Rock, a glowing crystal mountain made of imported stone that serves as the focal point of the Casino of the Sky. Contract Amount: 5M Completion Date: 8/30/2007 O,R&L Construction completed a 25,000 square foot, 3-story, state of the art medical office building in Westbrook, CT. Tenants include the fields of Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Radiology, Digestive Disease, Physical Therapy, and Pathology. 	Ulbrich Specialty Metals Wallingford, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: 1.5M Completion Date: 2/15/2007 O,R&L Construction built a 10,700 square foot steel frame concrete manufacturing addition for Ulbrich Specialty Metals. View of Nurses Station	Saint Mary's Hospital Waterbury, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: 2.5M Completion Date: 9/30/2006 O,R&L teamed with Saint Mary's Hospital on a multi-phased construction renovation that required extensive work during the hospital's operating hours. The emergency department, which is open twenty four hours, seven days a week, required over 21,000 square feet of interior renovation. O,R&L worked carefully to improve aesthetics and functionality for Saint Mary's waiting, reception, trauma, behavioral, and triage areas. 	Hunters Crossing Middletown, CT Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 8/30/2004 Complex structural renovation of an existing building in a condominium complex. An occupied building was sinking and to remediate this situation O,R&L had to drive piles (tremi-pour), install grade beams, and work underneath a three story building with machinery to underpin the entire structure. After the foundation was re-built, O,R&L reframed the building and renovated the apartments.

Upon its completion, an additional 10,000 square feet was turned over to CGI to accommodate their rapid growth in novel gene research. Because CGI’s integrated proprietary technologies are designed to identify targets via the implementation of proprietary, high throughput drug screens, their technologies required infrastructure including specialized mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
