	Soundview Family YMCA - New Facility Branford, CT Industry Group: Schools/Universities Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Arbonies King Vlock - architect, Robert Criscuolo - Engineer Contract Amount: 7.5M Completion Date: 6/15/2010 O,R&L Construction is the construction manager for the new Soundview Family YMCA project. The 31,000 SF completed recreational facility will offer indoor pools, a fitness center, raquetball courts, a teen center, certified professional childcare, summer programs and 14 acres of woods for outdoor nature camps and environmental educational programs. Successful preconstruction services have included site analysis, cost estimating, budget definition, scheduling, environmental studies, green building investigation and alternate energy options. GE jenbacher unit	Cogeneration Facility with EPS North Haven, CT Industry Group: Technology Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 2/28/2009 O,R&L Construction was the Construction Manager for a Cogeneration project with EPS corp. The project completed was a North Haven Corporation's five megawatt cogeneration plant, which provides supplemental energy to the existing manufacturing facility. This was a two phase project, the first included a three megawatt cogeneration facility for the PDBMF building and the second phase included the renovation and construction of a two megawatt facility for the Main building. 	Hartford Medical Group Wethersfield, CT Industry Group: Medical/Healthcare Project Type: Design Build Designers: Innovative Engineering Services, Michael Horton Associates, Inc. Contract Amount: 5M Completion Date: 1/5/2010 O,R&L Construction recently completed the construction of a multi-tenant medical building on time and on budget. This 19,000 sq ft design build project is located on a previously developed commercial site. 	Branford Self Storage Branford, CT Industry Group: Corporate Facilities Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 4/1/2011 O,R&L Construction is the construction manager for Branford Self Storage. The plan for this project consists of four buildings, which will be constructed in a phased schedule. Three single level storage buildings and a three story unit that will be incorporated into the graded hillside. The first phase is planned for completion in November.
	Recol Disaster Recovery Data Center Branford, CT Industry Group: Technology Project Type: Construction Manager Designers: Landmark Architecture Completion Date: 3/15/2010 O,R&L Construction is working on a 15,000 SF interior fit-out for a disaster recovery center/data center. This project includes highly specialized mechanical and electrical installations including back-up generation and UPS. Rendering of new shopping center	85 & 91-103 Main Street Shopping Center Branford, CT Industry Group: Special Projects Project Type: Design Build Designers: Architecture & Engineering - BL Companies, Structural - Michael Horton Associates Contract Amount: 3M Completion Date: 12/1/2010 Demolition, renovation and construction of an expanded shopping center near the entry to Branford. This Design Build project includes coordination of permitting, extensive site rehabilitation and design professionals. The existing shopping center will be renovated and expanded to include a newly designed high-end facade improving the street presence.
	14 Hillside Road Cromwell Industry Group: Industrial Project Type: Design Build Completion Date: 2/1/2010 A 16,000 sf manufacturing and office fitout and renovation of an existing industrial building to accomodate detailed and confidential manufacturing processes. This Turn-Key Design Build project incorporated fast track architectural and MEP design and coordination of highly technical manufacturing equipment, building renovation, structure, electric upgrades, process piping and phasing. The team of O,R&L Construction and O,R&L Commercial facilitated a design build lease arrangement that met the tenant's upgraded space requirements within 90 days. This project continues to proceed into additional phases of construction including the incorporation of a new entrance, ADA accessibility, additional office space and extensive site work renovation.
