Compliments of Perkins & Will	Gaylord Hospital Wallingford, CT Industry Group: Medical/Healthcare Project Type: Consulting Services Contract Amount: Project Value $22 Million Completion Date: 11/1/2008 O,R&L Construction is the Owners Representative on the 43,000 square foot Inpatient & Therapy Medical Facility expansion. Perkins & Will is the Architect for this project. Gaylord Hospital is planning a $22 million expansion program to accommodate a growing number of patients in need of the special care that the hospital provides as a long-term acute care hospital. New Haven, CT Industry Group: Medical/Healthcare Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: $3,000.000 Completion Date: 1/15/2009 O,R&L Construction is currently working on construction of a new addition and demolition of part of the existing building on Dixwell Avenue. Orthopedic Associates of Middletown Middletown, CT Industry Group: Medical/Healthcare Project Type: Design Build Contract Amount: $7,500,000 Completion Date: 7/15/2008 O,R&L Construction is the Design/Builder of a new 30,000 square foot Orthopedic Medical Office Building. This project is targeting to be a LEED certified GREEN building and will include a physical therapy in-ground pool, double hung windows for the inflow of fresh air and an open skylight in the atrium providing abundant natural light. Green features such as the use of solar, photovoltaic panels, that reduce energy consumption, as well as high performance insulation and state of the art mechanical systems are also being used. 	Hospital of Saint Raphael New Haven, CT Industry Group: Medical/Healthcare Project Type: Design Build Contract Amount: $3,000,000 Completion Date: 6/30/2008 O,R&L Construction is building a new state-of- the-art operating room on the second floor for the Hospital of Saint Raphael. Zane's Cycles Branford, CT Industry Group: Retail Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: $2,000,000 Completion Date: 8/15/2008 O,R&L Construction is the Construction Manager/Design Builder for the new location of Zanes 12,000 sqare foot multi- tenant retail space. The eco-conscious building will use solar panels that would eventually produce 60 percent of the shop’s power needs using less energy than a comparable facility and producing less waste. Holy Land Waterbury, CT Industry Group: Special Projects Project Type: Construction Manager Completion Date: 6/15/2008 The landmark crucifix overlooking Waterbury is presently being replaced. O,R&L Construction will be replacing the 50 foot tall cross for the Religious Teachers Filippini.
	Dianon/Labcorp Shelton, CT Industry Group: Biotechnology Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: Confidential Completion Date: 9/30/2008 O,R&L Construction is renovating an 88,000 square foot existing building into labs for Dianon Systems, Inc. a LabCorp company. LabCorp is one of the world's largest clinical laboratories pioneering in genomic testing and the commercialization of new diagnostic technologies. 	Monsanto Mystic, CT Industry Group: Biotechnology Project Type: Construction Manager Contract Amount: Confidential Completion Date: 7/15/2008 O,R&L Construction is currently restoring the exterior EIFS systems of the occupied laboratory facility in Mystic, for the agricultural company, Monsanto.
