Part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant
O,R&L Construction is seeking an experienced, well organized, self motivated bookkeeper/construction accountant. Experience in AIA billings and construction accounting required. Computer experience in Excel, MS Word, Sage Timberline and Primavera Expedition software required. Candidate must have 2+ years experience with construction accounting. Project Engineer
O,R&L Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in commercial construction. Candidate must have extensive experience in AutoCAD, Suretrak, MSProject and Expedition. Position entails assisting Project Managers and Chief Estimator in all aspects of bids and proposals. Candidate must be familiar with construction materials, labor takeoffs and Design Build specifications. Candidate will assist in pre-requisition planning, small project management and other duties deemed necessary. Other duties may include purchase order writing, change order writing, scope development etc. This is a dynamic, fast paced position with room for advancement.
Commercial Carpenter
O,R&L Construction is seeking a responsible, experienced commercial carpenter. Candidate must have experience working in the commercial construction industry. Candidate will assist site superintendent as required including demo, carpentry work, clean up, subcontractor oversight and general coordination of site. Candidate must have general computer knowledge and the ability to multi task. Person must be looking for the potential to grow within the company. Benefits are available.
