Owner Representation

The Owner Representation process allows the owner to collaborate with a construction professional to fully understand their project and make the correct decisions based on clear concise information.

Traditionally, once a general contractor has been chosen, the Owner Representative remains on as the ‘overseer’ of the project.

O,R&L Construction is the Owners Representative on the 43,000 square foot Inpatient & Therapy Medical Facility expansion. Perkins & Will is the Architect for this project. Gaylord Hospital is planning a $22 million expansion program to accommodate a growing number of patients in need of the special care that the hospital provides as a long-term acute care hospital.
