Building Commissioning Services in Connecticut

 

O,R&L's goal is to provide the owner with documented confirmation that the physical building and its systems have been properly specified and installed correctly. O,R&L recommends the commissioning process begin in the design phase and continue through construction, start-up and initial operation.

Five phases of Commissioning:
