Robert Gaucher is a Senior Associate at O,R&L and has been in the field of commercial real estate for more than 15 years. As a manager and sales associate, Mr. Gaucher has been involved in several hundred commercial lease and sale transactions including office and industrial buildings, apartments, land, and retail shopping centers. He has successfully negotiated numerous commercial transactions with private individuals, state and local governmental agencies, nonprofit companies, small companies and many large firms including Fortune 500 Corporations.

Mr. Gaucher has had extensive real estate training and was awarded the CCIM designation. His education includes financial analysis, market analysis, and tax planning, managing and marketing troubled assets, decision analysis, negotiation, investment analysis, property site selection, and project planning. His training and experience also include project financing, marketing, appraisal, contract negotiation and corporate real estate techniques. Mr. Gaucher has also had hands on experience with real estate development beginning with initial site search and selection and ending with building construction and project completion.
