Carol Karney joined O,R&L’s Rocky Hill office as a Commercial and Industrial Associate in 2006. With over twenty years experience in corporate real estate and facilities management her experience spans from office and industrial leasing to property assembly and new office and industrial development. She has direct experience with large structured financing and individual as well as portfolio property sale / leaseback transactions. Carol also was a member of the corporate M&A team with the responsibility to consolidate and dispose of property as required.
