In 2004, Mr. Gagnon has sold or leased over 150,000 S/F of office space in the Hartford Market. These transactions include 936 Silas Deane (44,000 S/F, represented the Seller) 1344 Silas Deane (55,400 S/F, represented the Seller) 197 Scott Swamp Rd. (38,000 S/F, represented the Buyer) and 2081 South Main St. (59,000 S/F of flex space, represented the Seller). In the 4th Quarter of 2003, Mr. Gagnon also represented the Tenant (CREC) in the largest new office lease in the City of Hartford at the time (53,000 S/F for a long term lease). Mr. Gagnon has also been the highest producing associate in the O,R&L Hartford office for two years standing.
