Phil Marshall

Mr. Marshall has several years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate market place, both as a
Commercial Sales and Leasing Specialist and as the Real Estate Manager for a Hartford area developer. He
has significant experience in tenant representation, contract negotiation and site selection. Prior to entering the
commercial real estate industry and joining OR&L, he enjoyed a successful career in the retail industry, serving
in a variety of management level positions. He has also served on numerous retail site development and
approval committees.
