J. Richard Lee
Co-founder of the Owens, Renz & Lee Co., Inc., Mr. Lee is a Principal of the company and is the Managing Director for Real Estate Brokerage Services for Southern Connecticut. Rich Lee has over 22 years of experience in leasing, sales, management and commercial development.
Under Mr. Lee's leadership, O,R&L has grown to be an industry leader with over $1 billion in sales transactions throughout Connecticut. Mr. Lee has expanded O,R&L's coverage through two offices to better serve our clients through the tri-state area.
O,R&L Commercial Real Estate Brokerage has been nationally recognized in Barron's and the New York Times for its successful marketing of millions of dollars of distressed and foreclosed real estate. Mr. Lee's philosophy is to provide solution based quality service, with integrity, to investors nationwide.
Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences Degree.
