Mr. Brimberg is the Director of O,R&L's Retail Group, a subsidiary of O,R&L Commercial Real Estate. He has over 30 years of business experience in CT and 13 years as a retail, commercial and industrial Realtor®. He is actively involved in O,R&L's tenant representation activities and the sale and leasing of properties throughout Connecticut. Operating out of the company's two locations in Branford and Rocky Hill, he works with landlords and developers of commercial projects. He has significant experience in lease and sale contract negotiation, site selection, investment analysis, feasibility studies and opinions of value.
